1. Preliminary evaluation and solution design:
Communicate with product teams to clarify requirements for material, dimensions, tolerances, batch size, etc.; evaluate the feasibility and cost of mold development, and provide optimization suggestions.

2. Drawing design and documentation:
Familiar with progressive die design; proficient in using CAD add-on software; skilled in using 3D software to create 3D drawings of die plates and components.

3. Processing and trial molding follow-up:
Guide machining processes such as CNC and wire EDM; resolve issues like material deformation and precision control; follow up on-site trial molding, measure first-piece samples, document problems, and propose corrective action plans.

4. Mass production maintenance and technical optimization:
Coordinate with product, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and external vendors to ensure project milestones and on-time delivery.

1. Read mold/part drawings, clarify technical requirements such as dimensional tolerances and surface roughness, determine wire cutting paths, wire parameters, and machining sequences.

2. Operate mainly medium-speed wire EDM and slow-speed wire EDM equipment to complete high-precision cutting of metal stamping dies or parts, ensuring product quality and production efficiency.

3. Coordinate with mold designers and CNC technicians to complete the machining and assembly of mold components.

1. Press Operation Position: Operate press equipment to complete metal stamping and forming processes, ensuring production efficiency and operational safety.

2. Packaging Position: Complete product packaging, labeling, and boxing procedures according to production standards and customer requirements.
